Why can’t I just use toilet paper?
The common notion to repeatedly wipe after using the toilet is generating negative consequences. Where does the water come from?
Wash Well hooks directly up to your tap water line. This allows your bidet to dispense fresh and clean water 24/7.
How does the water get hooked up to the Wash Well?
Set up and installation with Wash Well is easy. To start, simply take the adapter provided and connect your Wash Well to the water supply that fills the tank of your toilet. The hose included will connect the adapter to your Wash Well. Now all you need to do is turn the knob and water will dispense. See our installation video for further instructions!
Where can I find installation instructions for my Wash Well?
Each Wash Well comes equipped with an easy to use instruction manual in the box. We have also provided an installation video on the home page of our site for a visual step-by-step installation process.
How should I clean my Wash Well?
To provide our customer with the best quality bidet and even better hygiene, we recommend cleaning your Wash Well as often as possible. It’s quick and easy; we recommend using disinfecting sprays or wipes to wipe down the body and outside nozzle of your Wash Well.
How do I know if it will fit my toilet?
Our 360° fitting disks ensure that the Wash Well bidet will fit your toilet. If it doesn’t, we offer a 100% money back guaranteed refund!
What is Wash Well’s return policy?
Unused Wash Well products may be returned. Please return the Wash Well product in its original packaging within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges). Before returning, please email us at gowashwell@gmail.com for authorization. Please allow 7 days transit time. Returns will be processed within two weeks of being mailed. Returned Wash Well products should be mailed to:

Please include the original packing slip with your returned Wash Well products. We cannot refund the original shipping fee paid at the time the order was placed. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of product. Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged products.
What is Wash Well’s refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
**When shipping items on your own, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are therefore not responsible for any lost packages.
Does Wash Well require any electricity?
No. The bidet hooks directly up to your water line and functions through the line, not electricity.
